TokyoStar has purchased Premium listing on InstantScamAlert with 300$ insurance for first 10 days.
You are right, the current situation is too bad due to fast collapse of similar projects. TokyoStar also offers high ROI plans (check the light blue line above), what is not the best choice currently. Investors are more smart then they were in the past, so they clearly see that it worth to invest or not.

Likes:
- nice template, customized GC! script
- nice banners
- EgoPay is not accepted

Dislikes:
- high ROI plan with principal back anytime after first 3 days (attractive, just not now)
- manual payments (max 24h, but usually within minutes)
- social icons are not linked
- bad timing (this should be very attractive program at earlier/later date)

I am sure that investors won't generate high inflow in TokyoStar, but I also gave a chance for admin to prove us that he is good manager. Will see.
